Job summary

United Pacific is seeking a Sales Associate to join a busy store location and support daily operations with a customer-focused approach. You will handle cash, assist customers, and help maintain store safety and inventory control.

The role requires the ability to work irregular hours, including weekends and holidays, with the potential for full-time benefits and a positive team environment. Training on cash register systems is provided.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• HS diploma or GED preferred but not required.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and written.
• Ability to work alone in the store for extended periods of time.
• Must be able to provide proof of authorization to work in the United States if hired.
• Be able to work irregular shifts, including weekends, overnight shifts, and holidays.
• Ability to stand and/or walk for at least 8 hours.
• Be physically able to lift, push, pull a minimum of 20 lbs.
• Ability to occasionally lift and/or carry up to 20 pounds from ground to overhead up to 30 minutes of workday.
• Ability to climb a ladder to store and retrieve materials when needed.
• Work largely indoors with some outdoor periods.
• Capable of working in small spaces.

Responsibilities

• Daily cash handling and cash management.
• Assist in store operations to maintain safety and profitability.
• Maintain lighting, fixtures, and cleanliness in the store.
• Ensure security of inventory and currency to prevent theft and shrinkage.
• Learn to operate a cash register, computer console, and related equipment.
