Job summary

Belk in New Braunfels, TX is seeking a Selling Flex Associate to deliver a positive customer experience by assisting with merchandise selection, product recommendations, and transactions. This hourly role emphasizes driving sales, keeping attractive presentations, and collaborating with store operations to meet goals.

You will greet customers, build relationships, apply upselling techniques, handle inquiries/returns, and support pricing, stock, and displays.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills.
• Comfort with technology including smartphones and tablets.
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

• Support store operations by assisting with fulfillment, pricing, and product placement.
