You’ll generate new business, present benefit solutions to companies, and enroll employees in person or virtually. Training, mentorship, and local leadership support are provided to help you succeed.

The role emphasizes relationship building in a business-to-business environment with a focus on work-life balance and career advancement. No prior insurance experience is required upfront.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Willingness to obtain health and life insurance license (required).
• Background check required.
• Strong communication and time management skills (preferred).
• Customer service or sales experience a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Partner with CEOs, business owners, and HR managers to provide benefit solutions.
• Generate new business opportunities through leads, networking, and referrals.
• Conduct engaging presentations and employee enrollments in person and virtually.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and claims support to policyholders.
• Participate in ongoing training, team meetings, and mentorship programs.
