Palm Beach Tan Austin is seeking outgoing, energetic sales associates to represent the Palm Beach Tan brand and deliver exceptional customer service. This role offers full-time hours, a competitive hourly rate with commission opportunities, and a fun, bright work environment.

Responsibilities include meeting sales goals, educating customers on tanning rules, maintaining a clean salon, handling cash, and completing daily administrative tasks while supporting team goals and delivering a great

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven experience in retail/customer service environment.
• Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time (7+ hours).
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance.
• Reliable transportation, flexible availability including nights and weekends.

Responsabilidades

• Meeting sales goals measured daily/weekly/monthly.
• Consults with customers in a professional, upbeat manner.
• Educates customers on the Golden Rules of Tanning and ensures company and legal requirements are met.
• Maintains a clean and organized salon.
• Cash handling, opening/closing business.
• Daily administrative paperwork, and goal tracking.
