Job summary

Palm Beach Tan in Austin, TX is seeking outgoing, energetic sales associates to join our team. You will drive sales in a fast-paced, UV tanning and skincare retail environment, delivering exceptional customer service and brand representation.

Ideal candidates are motivated to meet daily/weekly goals, comfortable with a commission structure, and able to stand long hours while handling cash and administrative tasks. Flexible schedule and weekends required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven experience in retail/customer service.
• Able to stand for long periods; lift up to 25 pounds.
• Reliable transportation; flexible availability including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Meeting sales goals measured daily/weekly/monthly.
• Consults with customers in a professional, upbeat manner.
• Ensures customers are educated on the Golden Rules of Tanning and that all company and legal requirements are met.
• Maintains a clean and organized salon.
• Cash handling, opening/closing business.
• Daily administrative paperwork, and goal tracking.
