Palm Beach Tan is seeking outgoing, energetic sales professionals to accurately represent our brand and provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced salon environment.

The ideal candidate is motivated to achieve sales goals in a commission-driven setting, capable of educating customers on tanning rules, handling cash, and maintaining a clean, organized salon. Flexible availability including nights and weekends is preferred.

Qualifications

• Proven retail or customer service experience is required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a commission-driven environment and meet sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Meeting sales goals measured daily/weekly/monthly.
• Consults with customers in a professional, upbeat manner.
• Ensures customers are educated on the Golden Rules of Tanning and that all company and legal requirements are met.
• Maintains a clean and organized salon.
• Cash handling, opening/closing business.
• Daily administrative paperwork, and goal tracking.
