Job summary

Lovesac in Las Vegas is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver a welcoming in-store experience and help customers design products that fit their space and style.

You will engage customers, demonstrate products, manage quotes, close sales, and maintain the store presentation while meeting personal sales goals. Flexible hours including evenings and weekends are required, with potential omni-channel shifts.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• High-School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service role.
• Able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Able to utilize technology for sales and customer support including demonstrations and CRM systems.
• Support Lovesac's omni-channel experience across in-store, local and remote shifts.
• Willing to travel to local stores or vendors as needed.
• Demonstrate sound judgment and integrity in handling transactions and data.
• Physical ability to move furniture up to 75 pounds and perform store tasks.

Responsibilities

• Oversee store operations including opening/closing, inventory, promotions, and standards.
• Prioritize tasks using sales data and company tools.
