Carter’s Inc. is seeking a Sales Associate in Brownsville, TX to greet customers, guide them through our baby and children’s apparel, and help with purchases.

You’ll collaborate with teammates to ensure a smooth shopping experience and participate in promotions and loyalty programs while maintaining a welcoming store environment. You will balance multiple tasks, provide excellent service, and be prepared to assist during days, nights, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Able to communicate clearly with customers and teammates.
• Strong ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with a warm greeting and provide assistance with product styles, features, and benefits.
• Resolve issues for customers proactively in a busy retail setting.
• Assist with omnichannel needs to ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Execute and expedite point of sale/register transactions.
• Complete floor replenishment and shipments as needed.
• Promote current promotions and the brand loyalty program, including credit.
• Maintain a safe, clean store and minimize losses.
