Five Below is seeking part-time Sales Associates to be at the heart of its store activity. You will greet customers, understand needs, and provide product recommendations while maintaining organized shelves and a welcoming checkout experience.

You will be part of a team focused on delivering outstanding customer service, healthy sales, and a POS-driven checkout process. This role emphasizes flexibility, reliability, and a readiness to learn new store procedures.

Qualifications

• At least 16 years old.
• Available to work a flexible schedule.
• Comfortable with or willing to learn technology (cash registers, handheld/mobile devices).
• Good communicator with the ability to engage with customers.
• Able to handle customer interactions courteously and professionally.
• Use basic information-gathering skills to solve problems.
• Ability to learn procedural knowledge via on-the-job training.

Responsibilities
