Job summary

United Pacific is seeking a Sales Associate to work at an assigned store location and support safe, customer-focused, and profitable operations. The role includes daily cash handling, merchandising upkeep, and inventory protection, under supervision within company policies.

You will learn to operate a cash register and computer systems, with opportunities to advance and receive a 90-day performance-based increase and access to benefits such as 401K and tuition reimbursement programs.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and written.
• Ability to work alone in the store for extended periods of time.
• Be able to work irregular shifts, including weekends, overnight shifts, and holidays.
• Ability to stand and/or walk for at least 8 hours.
• Be physically able to lift, push, pull a minimum of 20 lbs.
• Capable of working in small spaces at times.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the operation of the store in a safe, customer-focused, and profitable manner.
• Daily cash handling and security of inventory and currency to avoid theft and shrinkage.
• Learn to operate a cash register, computer console, and related equipment.
• Report to the Store Manager and follow company policies and procedures.
• Perform duties such as lighting/fixtures cleaning and maintenance.
