Under Armour is hiring a part-time Sales Associate to be the face of the brand, delivering standout experiences and driving sales in a fast-paced retail environment. You will help customers find the right apparel and footwear, stock and maintain the store, and process omni-channel requests with a positive, team-oriented attitude.

Ideal candidates are 16+ years old, with strong communication skills, flexibility to work holidays and weekends, and the ability to lift up to 25 lbs.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old (or 18 in California).
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs/12 kgs.
• Local language fluency required; basic English is a plus.
• Available to work a flexible schedule including holidays, nights and weekends.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to perform essential functions of the role.
• Ability to stand, bend, squat, reach and move around the store.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service from greeting to checkout.
• Suggest suitable apparel and footwear to customers.
• Share product knowledge and features with customers.
• Stock, straighten and clean the store.
• Assist with front and back of store tasks including POS and payments.
• Process omni-channel requests through digital experience.
• Collaborate effectively within the team.
• Adapt to fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
