Torrid in San Juan seeks a Sales Associate to deliver a welcoming shopping experience, connect with customers, and drive loyalty. You will operate the register, apply product knowledge, and help keep the store visually engaging.

Flexible scheduling including holidays, nights and weekends is required. Prior sales or customer service experience is a plus, and you’ll join a fashion-forward, inclusive Torrid team dedicated to customer care.

Responsibilities

• Provide an amazing shopping experience that will encourage positive customer connections and loyalty.
• Perform register functions using sales knowledge to drive add-on sales.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule inclusive of holidays, nights and weekends.
• Cover the sales floor and help ensure all visual standards are met.
• Assist in organizing the stockroom and maintaining a clean, inviting store environment.
