Job summary

Madewell in Edina, MN is seeking a Sales Associate to embody the brand with personal style and welcoming energy on the sales floor. You will help customers discover their look and collaborate with teammates to drive business success.

You will deliver an authentic, inclusive customer experience, stay current with fashion trends, and support store operations as needed. Flexible scheduling includes nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Are at least 18 years old.
• Stay up to date with current fashion trends and industry developments.
• Embrace teamwork, flexibility, and courtesy while executing tasks.
• Innovate and champion new ideas while navigating uncertainty, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills.
• Have scheduling flexibility, including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Must bend, reach, stretch for product as well as lift, carry and move at least 40 pounds.
