Responsibilities

• Provide extraordinary customer service as outlined in the customer service manual.
• Promote and sell services and merchandise.
• Consistently set goals to grow and improve selling skills and track sales.
• Uphold company policies, procedures, and standards as listed in manuals and memos.
• Assist in daily store operations, including work lists and weekly shipments.
• Present merchandise to promote and sell goods per the product knowledge manual.
• Achieve and/or exceed sales targets and goals.
• Communicate merchandise needs and pricing concerns to store management.
• Attend all staff meetings and tech clinics.
• Protect company assets and information by ensuring internal controls and reporting fraud risk.
