Job summary

The role is non-exempt and part-time, with a typical hourly wage of $9.00 in a Wilmington-area store location. You will report to the Store Manager and work within the Operations department to support daily store operations.

• 0-2 years of customer service experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide extraordinary customer service and assist customers entering the store.
• Promote and sell services and merchandise offered by the organization.
• Help achieve and exceed sales targets and goals.
• Follow all company policies and procedures as outlined in manuals and memos.
• Assist in daily store operations including shipments and maintenance.
• Present merchandise to promote sales according to product knowledge materials.
