Kirkland’s Home is seeking a Sales Associate in Durham, NC to deliver an exceptional shopping experience following our customer service model. You will assist with selling, cashiering, replenishing, floorsets, and store upkeep under management guidance.

The role emphasizes customer engagement, loyalty education, and accurate product presentation. A flexible schedule including weekends and evenings is required to support store goals.
