Job summary

Victoria’s Secret is hiring a Selling Associate in our New Jersey stores. You will drive store sales by personally engaging customers, delivering exceptional service, and applying strong product knowledge to help customers find the perfect fit.

You will handle checkout, replenishment, and floor set duties while upholding brand standards, assisting with markdowns, returns, and promotions. This role requires physical stamina, including lifting up to 40 pounds, and a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to learn product knowledge and communicate effectively.
• Strong interpersonal and upselling skills.

Responsibilities

• Drives store sales and growth by personally selling to customers.
• Engages with customers, reads cues and responds effectively.
• Provides customers with the perfect bra fit by asking effective questions.
• Processes returns and promotes promotions to increase sales.
• Delivers a friendly and efficient cash wrap experience at the Point of Sale.
• Reinforces buying decisions at checkout and encourages additional purchases.
• Maintains floor readiness and replenishes merchandise to brand standards.
• Assists with markdowns, re-tickets and stock recovery.
• Executes floorset activities and adheres to brand standards.
• Supports housekeeping and loss prevention initiatives and upholds safety.
