Job summary

This role reports to the Store Manager and is offered as an hourly, non-exempt position with opportunities to grow within the Operations department.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of customer service experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-starter, has initiative to take on important tasks without being asked.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and with precision.
• Team-player, passionate about outstanding customer service and selling merchandise.

Responsibilities

• Provide extraordinary customer service to customers entering the store and during peak periods.
• Promote and sell services and merchandise offered by the organization.
• Set and track sales goals to improve selling skills.
• Uphold company policies, procedures and standards per manuals.
• Assist in daily store operations including work lists, shipments, and maintenance.
• Utilize product knowledge to promote merchandise and promotions.
• Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets and goals.
• Communicate merchandise needs, pricing concerns, and operational issues to management.
• Attend staff meetings and tech clinics for the store.
• Safeguard company assets and financial information and report potential fraud risk.
