Job summary

The position is non-exempt and hourly, reporting to the Store Manager. You will assist customers as they enter the store, support daily operations, and work toward sales targets while upholding company policies and standards.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of customer service experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Produce extraordinary customer service and assist customers as they enter the store.
• Promote and sell services and merchandise provided by the organization.
• Set goals to grow selling skills and track overall sales.
• Uphold policy manuals and standards across operations and customer service.
• Assist in daily store operations including shipments and maintenance.
• Present merchandise to promote sales using the product knowledge manual.
• Consistently achieve and/or exceed sales targets.
• Identify merchandise needs, pricing concerns, and operational issues to management.
• Attend all staff meetings and tech clinics for the store.
• Protect company assets by ensuring internal controls and reporting fraud risk.
