Aaron's is seeking a Sales Associate to drive sales on the showroom floor by engaging customers and helping them find the right products. You will also help with stocking, organizing, and general store upkeep while providing excellent customer service.

The role offers a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for career advancement, with a schedule that includes weekends. Compensation includes an hourly wage plus performance incentives where applicable.

Qualifikationen

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Able to work a schedule of hours varying from 9:00 am to 8:00 pm.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. on your own and up to 300 lbs. assisted with appropriate equipment and/or another associate.
• Preferred: High School diploma, GED or equivalent.
• High energy with the ability to effectively perform all functions of the store.
• Proper telephone etiquette and professional appearance.

• Perform clerical duties, including creating and maintaining customer files.
