Responsibilities

• Provide extraordinary customer service as outlined in the service manual.
• Promote and sell services and merchandise offered by the organization.
• Set and pursue personal sales goals; track sales performance.
• Uphold all company policies and standards as documented in manuals and memos.
• Assist in daily store operations, including shipments and cleaning.
• Present merchandise to support sales and promotions.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and goals.
• Identify needs, pricing concerns, and operational issues and communicate to management.
