Assists in daily store operations, helps at peak times, contributes to achieving sales targets, communicates issues to store management, and protects company assets.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide extraordinary customer service as highlighted in the customer service manual.
• Promote and sell services and merchandise offered by the organization.
• Assist in daily store operations including work lists, shipments, and maintenance.
• Present merchandise to promote and sell goods per product knowledge guidelines.
• Achieve and/or exceed sales targets; communicate needs and issues to management.
