Palm Beach Tan in Yukon, OK is seeking a friendly Sales Associate to join our team in a fast-paced retail environment. You will greet customers, educate them on tanning services and skin care, and help drive memberships and sales.

Applicants with retail or customer service experience and a positive, energetic attitude are encouraged to apply. A flexible schedule including evenings and weekends is required, with reliable transportation and 18+ years of age.

Qualifications

• Prior retail sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive, energetic attitude with a passion for delivering excellent customer experiences.
• Goal-oriented with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Must be 18 years of age or older with reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Greet, assist, and build lasting customer relationships to encourage membership retention and repeat visits
• Educate customers on tanning services, UV and sunless options, and proper skin care
• Drive sales by meeting and exceeding individual and store revenue goals
• Process transactions accurately using point-of-sale (POS) systems
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming salon environment
• Complete daily business tasks and operational responsibilities
