Responsibilities

• Set goals to grow and improve selling skills and track sales.
• Uphold all company policies and procedures as listed in manuals.
• Assist in daily store operations, including completing work lists and weekly shipments.
• Present merchandise to promote and sell goods as directed in the knowledge manual.
• Identify and communicate merchandise needs and pricing concerns to store management.
• Attend staff meetings and clinics for the store.
• Protect company assets and financial information by ensuring internal control procedures are effective.
