Our shop is fun, fast-paced, and full of energy—and we’re looking for a Bartender (a.k.a. Receptionist) to join our growing team!

As a Drybar Bartender, you’re not just the first smiling face our clients see—you’re also the go-to expert for helping guests get the most out of their experience. You’ll be responsible for educating clients about our membership options, retail products, and add-on services, while ensuring every guest leaves feeling confident and beautiful!

What You'll Do:

1. Create an exceptional client experience by welcoming guests and setting a positive tone.
2. Educate clients on our membership options, retail products, and add-on services.
3. Promote and sell memberships and retail to enhance each guest’s experience.
4. Help keep the shop running smoothly by supporting stylists, managing appointments, and handling transactions.
5. Provide top-notch customer service while ensuring a clean and organized shop.

Who We’re Looking For:

1. Must be at least 18 years old.
2. Must be available Monday–Wednesday PLUS at least one weekend shift.
3. A people-person with a bright, friendly attitude.
4. Customer service & sales superstar who makes everyone feel welcome.
5. Confident communicator with a professional presence.
6. Goal-driven & motivated to educate clients and drive membership and retail sales.
7. Quick thinker & problem solver – able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
8. A self-starter with leadership potential.
9. Tech-savvy and comfortable using a Point of Sale (POS) system.
10. Ability to stand and move around for 6-8 hour shifts.

If you have sales, retail, hospitality, or front desk experience, that’s a huge plus—but not required! We’ll train you to be a Drybar expert.
