TITLE Boxing Club is hiring a Sales Associate to manage the front desk, check in members, and drive membership sales. You will create an energetic, welcoming atmosphere and contribute to a positive community feel in the club.

Responsibilities include selling memberships and packages, conducting outreach, giving tours, handling inquiries by phone and text, and supporting coaches to ensure smooth class flow. Evening and weekend availability is needed.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of customer service or sales experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident selling memberships and retail products.
• Organized, proactive, and able to multitask in a fast-paced gym environment.
• Passion for fitness or helping others improve their well-being is preferred.
• Team player who brings energy to every shift.

• Deliver an exceptional front-desk experience by checking in every member and first-time guest with energy, enthusiasm, and genuine connection
• Sell memberships, class packages, private training, and retail, using a consultative, needs-based approach
• Complete daily phone and sms outreach tasks
• Ask for referrals and identify opportunities to bring new people into the club
• Create excitement in the room by hyping the class and building a motivating environment
• Give tours to prospective members, highlighting the TITLE experience and tailoring the conversation
• Complete membership agreements and manage leads with accuracy and professionalism
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe club, including lobby, studio, and equipment resets
• Support coaches and team members to ensure smooth class flow and an elevated member experience

Our Sales Associates are the heartbeat of the clubs. They are the first smile members see, the energy that sets the tone in the club, and the personality that makes the TITLE community feel like home. You’ll work the front desk, check in boxers, create an unforgettable member experience, and drive the growth of the club through membership sales and community engagement. • Create excitement in the room by finding opportunities to hype the class, celebrate wins, and help build a fun, motivating environment

Skills & Qualifications

• 1–3 years of customer service or sales experience preferred

Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 45 lbs
• High school diploma/GED
• Proficient computer skills
• Availability to work evenings and weekends
• Ability to stand for extended periods
