Functional Responsibilities

1. Drive for Results:
   • Meet sales goals through effective sales techniques and product knowledge sharing.
   • Maintain knowledge of current sales, promotions, and visual standards.
   • Handle merchandise presentation, loss prevention, and other duties as directed.
   • Participate in visual merchandising and store set-ups.
2. Customer Experience:
   • Model and promote excellent service standards, offering a seamless omni-channel experience.
   • Resolve customer concerns promptly.
   • Ensure efficient checkout processes and promote reward programs.
   • Build customer loyalty through clienteling and wardrobing.
   • Stay informed about current product offerings.
3. Operational Excellence:
   • Support replenishment and stock fulfillment activities.
   • Assist with visual displays and store organization.
4. Teamwork and Growth:
   • Encourage inclusive collaboration and seek personal development.
   • Perform other duties as assigned, noting that duties may vary by brand.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
