POSITION OBJECTIVE:

The Sales Associate supports management by promoting a customer and product-focused sales culture, aligning with our values and guiding principles. FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Drive for Results:
   • Meet sales goals through effective sales techniques and product knowledge sharing.
   • Maintain knowledge of current sales, promotions, pricing, and visual standards.
   • Handle merchandise, presentation, loss prevention, and visual directives.
2. Customer Experience:
   • Model and promote the Most Amazing Personal Service (MAPS) principles, ensuring a seamless omni-channel experience.
   • Resolve customer concerns promptly.
   • Ensure efficient register operations and promote buying decisions, including gift card sales.
   • Register clients for reward programs and build customer loyalty through clienteling.
   • Stay informed on current product fit and style offerings.
3. Operational Excellence:
   • Support replenishment and locate fulfillment activities.
   • Assist with visual displays, store organization, and cleanliness.
4. Teamwork and Growth:
   • Promote inclusivity and collaboration.
   • Seek personal development and feedback.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Retail or sales experience preferred.
• Must be 18+ years old.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to learn new technology.
• Strong organizational skills and multitasking ability.
• Reliable attendance and flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Constant walking/standing (67-100%).
• Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs. (1-33%).
• Frequent climbing (34-66%).
