POSITION OBJECTIVE:

The Sales Associate is responsible for supporting Management in promoting a customer and product-focused sales culture, where our values and guiding principles are at the forefront of all store operations. FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Drive for Results
2. Meet company sales goals by utilizing sales techniques and communicating product knowledge to the customer; recommend merchandise selections or help to locate or obtain merchandise based on customer needs and desires.
3. Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions; uphold pricing and visual standards.
4. Maintain standards in merchandise handling, presentation, loss prevention, and all other duties as directed by Management.
5. Participate in visual directives including monthly store sets and zone maintenance.
6. Customer Experience
7. Model and promote the Most Amazing Personal Service (MAPS) principles and standards, offering a cohesive omni-channel experience.
8. Ensure prompt resolution of customer concerns.
9. Ensure a fast and efficient register experience, staying current on policies regarding payments, coupons, returns, exchanges, security, and other operations.
10. Reinforce buying decisions at checkout and achieve add-on goals including gift card sales.
11. Sign up clients for reward programs.
12. Build and maintain a solid customer following through clienteling and wardrobing.
13. Know current product fit and style assortment offerings in-store and online.
14. Maintain consistent client communication using customer books.

16. Support replenishment activities to keep the store full and abundant.
17. Assist with locate fulfillment and visual directives, including floor sets, window changes, visual presentations, signage, etc.
18. Assist with boutique cleanliness and organization.

22. Perform other duties as assigned.

This position may be found in multiple brands with some duties varying accordingly.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Retail or sales experience preferred
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to learn or adapt to technology provided by the company
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Effective communication with customers, associates, and management
• Regular attendance and flexible work schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Constant walking/standing (67-100% of shift)
• Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs. (1-33% of shift)
• Frequent climbing (34-66% of shift)
