Description

Tommy's Express Holdings (TXH) is the holding company for several Tommy's Express car wash franchise locations operating primarily within five counties of southwest Florida. Our car wash facilities are World Class, as is our customer service. TXH offers exciting opportunities for Sales Associates who can deliver excellent guest service while consistently meeting and exceeding sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Provide guests with a "World Class" experience by greeting them professionally and courteously.
• Understand Tommy's Express products and promotions to effectively drive sales through solutions.
• Resolve guest complaints to ensure maximum satisfaction.
• Maintain high standards of store appearance and stay updated on product features.
• Create strategic plans to maximize sales and efficiency.
• Demonstrate and uphold excellent customer service standards.
• Go the extra mile to drive sales and build trust relationships with guests.
• Welcome customers, answer queries, process POS transactions, and collaborate with coworkers.

Physical Demands

• Regularly sit, stand, reach, bend, and move about the facility.

Work Environment

Employees are exposed to fumes, airborne particles, moving mechanical parts, and noise. Safety equipment is provided. Work is performed indoors and outdoors. Manual work may be required on slow or rainy days.

Salary and Shifts

Starting at $15.00/hour. Shifts include 8 or 10 hours, day or night, Monday to Friday with weekend availability.
