Job Title: Sales Associate/Cashier at Alta Convenience

The Sales Associate provides assistance to customers and has a variety of responsibilities, including:

• Providing friendly customer service
• Accurate Point of Sale operations
• Complying with all company policies

Essential Functions of the Position

• Greet and serve customers warmly
• Ensure store is stocked and presentable
• Support company initiatives and loyalty programs
• Maintain store appearance and outside environment
• Operate POS terminal accurately and handle cash responsibly
• Adhere to sales regulations for tobacco, E-cigarettes, and alcohol
• Maintain safety standards and report equipment issues
• Perform physical tasks including standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds
