Job summary

Pepper Palace is looking for a friendly retail associate to deliver engaging guest experiences and educate customers on our spicy, award-winning products. You will help maintain a welcoming shop environment, assist guests with product selections, and contribute to a high-energy, fun workplace.

Ideal candidates are 18+, able to work nights/weekends, and comfortable standing, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds while providing excellent service and information about our offerings.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Able to work a flexible retail schedule that includes nights and weekends.
• Able to stand for long periods, bend, stoop, and lift up to 50 pounds.
