Pepper Palace in Annapolis, MD is seeking a part-time retail associate to join our fun, energetic team.

You will greet guests, explain our award-winning products, and deliver memorable experiences while maintaining great product knowledge and service standards.

Qualifications

• Must have customer service mindset and be able to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment.
• 18 years or older and able to work a flexible retail schedule including nights and weekends.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds when needed.

Responsibilities

• Create fun, exciting experiences for guests while educating them on Pepper Palace products.

You also have a high level of integrity, are a natural problem solver, and have a strong desire to learn about all our AWESOME products! Big bonus points for flexibility/adaptability. You must be 18 years or older, be able to work a flexible retail schedule that includes nights and weekends. You must be able to stand for long periods of time, bend, stoop, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Your primary responsibility is to create fun, exciting, and cool experiences for our guests while educating them on our award-winning products. Bottom line – if we don’t put a smile on every guest’s face, we haven’t done our job.
