Compensation Details

We provide a competitive package that rewards your contributions and success. The role involves more than answering phones; you can boost your earnings with our membership model. Enjoy a base hourly rate based on your experience and skills, plus an uncapped commission structure on membership sales, allowing substantial earning potential. Top performers typically earn an additional $2 - $4 per hour in commission over their base rate.

As a Sales Associate, you will:

• Meet membership sales goals
• Achieve performance goals such as Membership Conversion, Booking Efficiency, Call Conversion, and Gift Card Sales
• Maintain knowledge of our service menu and educate clients on benefits
• Provide excellent customer service, including answering calls, setting appointments, greeting clients, and managing memberships
• Promote sales, promotions, and events passionately
• Uphold spa cleanliness standards
• Perform other duties as assigned

The role involves a varied schedule including weekends, daytime, evenings, and holidays. Flexible availability is preferred.
