Job summary

Brobston Group LLC at Camarillo Premium Outlets is seeking a dedicated retail associate to deliver exceptional client service, assist with selection and try-on, and act as a brand ambassador for the store.

You will maintain product knowledge, support store operations including cash handling and inventory, and uphold visual standards while actively pursuing monthly sales targets and building lasting client relationships.

Qualifications

• Previous retail or sales experience with strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to meet sales goals and maintain client relationships.
• Proficiency with point-of-sale/register systems and basic cash handling.
• Experience with inventory, shipping/receiving, and back-of-house tasks.
• Reliable availability for a full-time retail schedule including weekends and holidays, and ability to work opening and closing shifts.
• Professional presentation and adherence to uniform and grooming standards.

• Maintain visual merchandising, organization, uniform and grooming standards.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and attendance/time reporting procedures.
