Job summary

ABERCROMBIE & FITCH CO. is seeking a store supervisor in Camarillo, CA to perform opening/closing routines, supervise the sales floor and stockroom, and lead staffing, scheduling, and payroll tasks.

You will train non-management staff, maintain brand standards, and drive sales through fashion knowledge and visual displays. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or one year of supervisory experience in a customer-facing role, strong customer focus, and excellent communication skills.
