Qualifications

• 2 - 4 years' customer service experience preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain strong working relationships
• Ability to operate POS system and handle various payment methods
• Ability to work in a goal-driven retail environment with frequent customer interaction
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to effectively multitask in retail environment
• Enthusiastic team player with a positive energy and strong commitment to teamwork
• Ability to work flexible hours to meet the store’s needs including nights, weekends and holidays
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
• Ability to lift, carry, and move merchandise up to 50lbs
• Frequent bending, kneeling, reaching and other physical movements for stocking and visual merchandising
• Manual dexterity and hand‑eye coordination for tasks including tagging and POS use

• Support company initiatives related to product launches, customer experience and sales strategies
• Ensure a welcoming store environment by maintaining cleanliness, organization, and visual presentation standards
• Assist with stock tasks, including receiving deliveries, processing inventory, restocking the sales floor and maintaining back‑of‑house organization
• Assist with other related duties as requested
