Carter’s is seeking a Sales Associate to be the first face of the brand for growing families. Welcome customers, explain product benefits, and contribute to a positive shopping experience. This on-site role emphasizes teamwork, flexibility, and ongoing development.

Responsibilities include assisting with omnichannel sales, operating POS, replenishing floors, and promoting promotions and loyalty benefits. Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and work weekends may be required.

Responsibilities

• Resolve issues for customers and balance multiple customers in a busy store.
• Assist with omnichannel needs to ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Execute and expedite POS/register transactions.
• Complete floor replenishment and shipments as needed.
• Explain current promotions and the rewards program to customers.
• Minimize store loss by providing excellent service and keeping a clean, safe store.
