Job summary

AutoNation is seeking an e-commerce sales associate to guide customers online, over the phone, and in person from lead to in-store visit. You will deliver an exceptional customer experience in a no-haggle sales environment while helping customers select the right vehicle and negotiate terms to fit their budgets and lifestyle.

You will respond to inquiries across channels, follow up to drive loyalty, and help transition customers to the service department after purchase.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in sales or retail is preferred.
• Excellent communication and listening skills.
• Ability to meet targets and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfort with using online channels and basic technology.

Responsibilities

• Respond to online, phone, and in-person leads with timely follow-up.
