Job summary

AutoNation Inc. is seeking an e-Commerce Sales Associate to engage hundreds of customers online, on the phone, and in-store in a no-haggle environment. You’ll respond to leads promptly, answer questions, and help guide customers from inquiry to a satisfying purchase with superior service.

You’ll leverage technology to match customers with the right vehicle, negotiate terms, and close deals while transitioning customers to the Service department for ongoing ownership support.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Willingness to follow up with customers.
• Valid in-state driver’s license and an acceptable driving record.
• Experience and desire to work with technology.
• Drive to set and achieve targeted goals.

The e-Commerce Sales Associate interacts with hundreds of customers – online, over the phone and in person – to help guide their vehicle purchase in our no-haggle sales environment. Responding to leads in a timely fashion, answering questions, providing information and helping guide customers effectively from phone and internet contact to an in-store experience while providing an exceptional customer experience is key.

Our e-Commerce Sales Associates provide an exceptional customer experience both before and after purchase, driving loyalty by following up to ensure customer satisfaction and helping transition customers to the Service department to support their ownership experience.

What are the requirements for this job?

This positions pay range is $4k to $10k a month
