Job summary

LOFT is looking for a Sales Associate who engages customers with authentic connections and guides their shopping journey through personalized styling recommendations. You’ll keep the store well-organized on the sales floor to impress customers and work with the team to create welcoming, individualized experiences.

You will bring a hospitality mindset, be tech-savvy with the POS system, and stay flexible with evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Sales Associate or customer-focused experience (preferred).
• Hospitality mindset when engaging with customers.
• Flexible availability – including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Technology proficient and ability to operate a point-of-sale system.
