Job summary

LOFT Outlet is seeking a Sales Associate to join our San Marcos Tanger Outlet team. As a brand ambassador, you will connect with customers, offer personalized styling, and guide their shopping journey in a well-organized, inviting space.

You will collaborate with teammates to deliver exceptional customer experiences, uphold visual standards, and use POS tools to support omnichannel shopping. A hospitality mindset and flexibility for evenings and weekends are preferred.
