Job Overview

Kid to Kid is a buy‑sell‑trade store for babies and children, carrying thousands of brands and styles at up to 80% off regular retail prices. We pride ourselves on a clean, organized, and inviting store environment.

We are hiring part‑time and full‑time Sales Associates, and full‑time Assistant Managers. Saturday and Sunday availability is required.

Sales Associate Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service
• Organize racks, tag, and process product
• Test toys and assemble equipment
• Ring out customers on the register and teach them how to sell to us
• Help make posts on our social media pages

Assistant Manager Responsibilities

• All Sales Associate duties and Buyer responsibilities
• Provide excellent customer service and encourage employees to do the same
• Assist in the training of existing and new staff, demonstrating quality work to lead by example
• Manage back stock and inventory
• Make multiple daily posts on our social media pages (reels, posts, and stories)
• Presort and buy incoming clothes, shoes and accessories brought in from vendors
• Organize racks, merchandise clothing, tag and process product
• Ring out customers on the register and teach them how to sell to us
