Job summary

The Las Vegas Raiders are seeking part-time Sales Associates for our Las Vegas Harry Reid International Airport store. You will provide friendly, efficient service, process transactions, and help customers find merchandise.

Expect a fast-paced environment with flexible scheduling including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays; prior POS experience encouraged; TSA/FAA compliance training provided.

Qualifications

• Proven sales and customer service experience is required.
• Familiarity with POS software is preferred.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Capable of working independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
• Flexibility to work early mornings, nights, weekends and holidays as needed.
• Must pass security background checks and TSA/FAA regulations.

Responsibilities

• Process customer transactions, returns, exchanges, and store credits using POS systems.
• Verify inventory needs through the POS system.
• Assist customers on the sales floor, promoting merchandise and upselling opportunities.
• Perform opening and closing procedures, including accurate cycle counts and maintaining store cleanliness.
• Restock merchandise on the sales floor as needed.
• Support the annual inventory process.
• Process incoming merchandise, including receiving, barcoding, and displaying, as directed.
• Assist in creating and maintaining visually appealing product displays.
• Provide guidance and training to team members when directed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Position Overview

The Sales Associate is responsible for providing excellent customer service by assisting customers courteously and professionally and completing sales transactions efficiently and accurately.
