Responsibilities include handling POS transactions, assisting customers, restocking, and supporting inventory. The role requires strong communication, multitasking, and the ability to work early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Proven sales and customer service experience is required.
• Familiarity with POS software is preferred.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Process customer transactions, returns, exchanges, and store credits using POS systems.
• Verify inventory needs through the POS system.
• Assist customers on the sales floor, promoting merchandise and upselling opportunities.
• Perform opening and closing procedures, including accurate cycle counts and maintaining store cleanliness.
• Restock merchandise on the sales floor as needed.
• Support the annual inventory process.
• Process incoming merchandise, including receiving, barcoding, and displaying, as directed.
• Assist in creating and maintaining visually appealing product displays.
• Provide guidance and training to team members when directed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
