Job summary

ACE Hardware Donelson is hiring a Sales Associate to deliver exceptional customer service on the sales floor in Nashville, TN. You will help customers select products, keep the floor clean and organized, and handle transactions at the POS while promoting store promotions and loyalty programs.

The role requires a friendly, reliable team player who can stand for long periods, perform light lifting up to 40 lbs, and work a schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

The Sales Associate is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and contributing to the overall success of the store. This role includes assisting customers with product selection, maintaining a clean and organized sales floor, processing transactions, and promoting store promotions and loyalty programs. Sales Associates are expected to be friendly, knowledgeable, and enthusiastic team players who are passionate about helping customers.
