Job summary

Yesway is seeking a dedicated individual for store support in Willcox, Arizona. Responsibilities include ensuring guest satisfaction through timely transactions and maintaining store cleanliness. The role also involves stocking shelves and managing merchandise effectively.

Successful candidates will need to complete required certification upon employment. The position is critical in delivering quality service and maintaining Yesway’s standards.

Responsibilities

• Ensure hospitality for all store guests by ensuring timely guest transactions and cleanliness.
• Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely manner.
• Ensure proper placement, pricing, and stocking of merchandise.

Job description

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Ensure hospitality for all store quests by ensuring timely guest transactions, facilities/store cleanliness, and implementation of Yesway standards;
• Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely manner;
• Ensure the proper placement, pricing and stocking of merchandise in the store;
• Process sales transactions, using appropriate equipment;
• Prepare cooked foods as directed by Store Manager or Assistant Manager;
• Maintain shelves, counter, floor, glass and equipment following store maintenance schedule;
• Stock shelves with merchandise, block shelves, bag ice and maintain soft drink bags-in-box;
• Other duties as assigned.

Physical Demands

• Move merchandise/equipment weighing up to a maximum of 60 lbs.;
• Standing on concrete floors for a standard 8 hour shift.;
• Receive and stock merchandise at various heights in designated store locations (normally requires using stooping, bending and stretching motions).

REQUIREMENTS

Equivalent combinations of education, licenses, certifications and/or experience may be considered.

Certification

Successful completion of required certification testing upon employment.
