Job summary

Palm Beach Tan is seeking an enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our team in Wichita. This role offers a fun, fast-paced environment where you’ll help customers look and feel their best while driving membership growth and in-store revenue.

You’ll greet guests, educate them on tanning services, sunless options, and skin care, and process transactions with accuracy using POS systems. A positive, energetic attitude and reliable schedule are essential.

Qualifications

• Retail sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive, energetic attitude with a passion for delivering excellent customer experiences.
• Goal-oriented with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greet, assist, and build lasting customer relationships to encourage membership retention and repeat visits
• Educate customers on tanning services, UV and sunless options, and proper skin care
• Drive sales by meeting and exceeding individual and store revenue goals
• Process transactions accurately using point-of-sale (POS) systems
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming salon environment
• Complete daily business tasks and operational responsibilities
