Job summary

Palm Beach Tan in Norman, OK is seeking a friendly Sales Associate to join our team in a fast-paced environment where you’ll help customers select tanning services, memberships and products while delivering an outstanding experience.

You’ll greet guests, educate on UV and sunless options, process transactions, and contribute to meeting store goals. Prior retail or customer service is preferred, with reliable schedule availability including evenings and weekends.

Requirements:

• Previous retail sales or customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive, energetic attitude with a passion for delivering excellent customer experiences
• Goal-oriented with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
• Must be 18 years of age or older with reliable transportation
