Palm Beach Tan is seeking a Sales Associate to join our team in a fast-paced salon environment. You will greet customers, explain tanning services, and help drive sales while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

The role requires a positive, energetic attitude, reliable schedule flexibility, and the ability to meet or exceed sales targets. Join us to be part of a team that helps customers look and feel their best.

Qualifications

• Retail sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive, energetic attitude with a passion for delivering excellent customer experiences.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Must be 18+ years of age with reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Greet, assist, and build lasting customer relationships to encourage membership retention and repeat visits.
• Educate customers on tanning services, UV and sunless options, and proper skin care.
• Drive sales by meeting and exceeding individual and store revenue goals.
• Process transactions accurately using POS systems.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming salon environment.
• Complete daily business tasks and operational responsibilities.
